We are pleased to offer this large B&B business on the outskirts of popular town of Alora. Close to CAMINO DEL REY.

This successful B&B is located close the town of Alora with stunning panoramic views of the mountains and distant countryside. The main house is very impressive with large traditional wooden dos welcoming you to the finca. The hallway is welcoming with a sweeping staircase leading to owners accommodation which comprises of lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and utility room.

There are two lounges downstairs for guests use, a kitchen and utility area – again used buy the owners to cater for their guests.

The pool area commands spectacular views towards Alora and the mountains, there is bags of space around the pool to area to bath, relax and unwind.

The guest accommodation comprises of two studios, one 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite and 1 double room. The rooms are booked out for the majority of year, the owners choosing to close to suit them for holiday purposes. There are also several storage rooms.

The house feels very private with the hillside behind the property also belonging to the property. The owners currently offer breakfast but not lunch or evening meals.

Nos complace ofrecer este gran B&B en las afueras de la popular ciudad de Álora. Cerca del CAMINO DEL REY.

Este exitoso B&B está situado cerca de la ciudad de Álora con impresionantes vistas panorámicas de las montañas y el campo lejano. La casa principal es muy impresionante con grandes dos tradicionales de madera que le dan la bienvenida a la finca. El pasillo es acogedor con una amplia escalera que conduce al alojamiento del propietario, que consta de salón, cocina, dormitorios, baño y lavadero.

Hay dos salones en la planta baja para uso de los huéspedes, una cocina y un área de servicios públicos; nuevamente los propietarios los usaron para atender a sus invitados.

El área de la piscina ofrece vistas espectaculares hacia Álora y las montañas, hay mucho espacio alrededor de la piscina para bañarse, relajarse y descansar.

El alojamiento para huéspedes consta de dos estudios, un apartamento de 3 dormitorios, 1 suite y 1 habitación doble. Las habitaciones están reservadas durante la mayor parte del año y los propietarios optan por cerrarlas para sus vacaciones. También hay varios trasteros.

La casa se siente muy privada y la ladera detrás de la propiedad también pertenece a la propiedad. Actualmente, los propietarios ofrecen desayuno, pero no almuerzo ni cena.
